well for those who are skeptical this really does work, i was a skeptic myself i was not sure whether or not to spend money and risk it, i been on them for about 3 weeks, and i have notice such a difference in my buttocks, i see that it lifted my butt n its getting more plumpier, my hips are widening, n my tummy is flattening as well,the one thing i notice is if you want it to take a little more effective way, eat a little bit more healthy, small portions of meals, and exercise so it can all even out, overall i love the result and the shape of my body is becoming more hourglass,=D
